The Obamas heartfelt letter to the students affected by the Parkland School shooting moved many to tears.
Michelle and Barrack Obama penned down a letter to the students at the Parkland school showing their support and commending them for speaking out for gun control ahead of the huge “march for our lives” protest organized in Washington this weekend.
Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida witnessed the barbaric massacre which resulted in 17 students losing their lives. The students of the school have themselves initiated a campaign for tighter gun control laws.
Following the initiative, the former president of the United States and his wife praised the students for their campaign in a hand written letter addressed to the students.
