Only 15 working toilets for public in Karachi

For a city of over 16 million people, there are only 124 public toilets. Of these, only 15 toilets are in working condition. In 2012, the local government had decided to build 2,300 public toilets Karachi. However, the local government has so far failed to fulfill its promise.
